The speckled smooth-hound, Mustelus mento, is a houndshark of the family Triakidae, found on the continental shelves of the subtropical eastern Pacific between latitudes 0° and 54° S, at depths of from 16 to 50 m. Its length is up to 1.3 m. In Chile is called "Tollo".
